Candidates applying for this university must have at least a B2 level of English proficiency and own a high school leaving certificate. The university doesn’t require entrance exams.

East European University offers accommodation for their students. It is divided into two blocks - male and female. The dorms offer comfortable and safe rooms. To ensure students’ safety, the dorms are constantly monitored.
The dorms are located a short distance from the campus and offer different common rooms for studying, cleaning and leisure time. Shared rooms and areas are available for all of the residents of the building. The monthly rent for a bed in the dormitory, including usage of the facilities and utilities is around €230.
A 1-bedroom apartment in Tbilisi costs around €200 per month based on the location. Other expenses like food, utilities and leisure time are all up to your standards. However, the average cost of living in Tbilisi is around €500.
The fall semester here begins in early November and lasts until the end of February. The period from the beginning of March until the end of the third week of the month is the examination period.
The spring term starts at the beginning of April and finishes at the end of July, followed by a 3-week exam session.
