To be accepted here, you must take an entrance exam consisting of written and oral parts. The written part evaluates your knowledge of Biology and Chemistry and your English language proficiency. The university has a four-story dormitory building with a total capacity of 346 students. It is situated in a suburban district close to the campus. The dorm offers double and triple rooms and a courtyard with a sports field and a park.
Each room is well furnished with a private bathroom and a balcony. The dorm offers an excellent opportunity for socialisation among students in entertaining areas like pool tables, darts, fitness, computer, and TV rooms.
You can also find a student buffet or cook food in the communal kitchens equipped with microwaves and electric cookers. The price per month for a bed and usage of the facilities is €200.
Students who prefer to rent private accommodation must keep in mind that prices in Budapest are a bit higher than the average in Hungary. You will need around €1,000 per month, €400 of which is for rent and around €200 for basic utilities.
