1. Overview

To celebrate our partnership with Poznan University of Medical Sciences (PUMS), Medlink Students is offering an exclusive 100% cashback on our £2,500 service fee for students who apply and enrol through our service.

This offer is strictly limited to 11 students (9 for Medicine and 2 for Dentistry).

To qualify, students must meet all eligibility criteria outlined below.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the cashback, students must:
✅ Apply to Poznan University of Medical Sciences through Medlink Students.
✅ Successfully gain admission and enrol in the first year of your programme.
✅ Pay the full first-year tuition fee to PUMS in all required instalments within the university’s final tuition deadline (April 15, 2025).
✅ Remain actively enrolled for the entire first academic year and not receive a tuition fee refund at any point during the academic year.
✅Be residing in the UK or Ireland at the time of application and provide verifiable proof of residency. Nationality is not a determining factor.

3. Cashback Payment Process

Once all conditions are met, students can request their cashback as follows:

🔹 Cashback requests can only be initiated after the student completes the first full academic year and no tuition refunds have been issued.
🔹 We will verify the student’s enrolment status with the university.
🔹 Cashback requests will be reviewed within 120 days after June 30, 2026.
🔹 Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to pay for the service fee.

Exclusions – When You Do NOT Qualify for Cashback

Students will not be eligible for cashback if they fail to meet admission or enrolment requirements, do not pay the full first-year tuition fees, withdraw, are dismissed, or lose their active student status at PUMS before completing the first year, or if they receive a full or partial refund of tuition fees from the university at any time.
