The University of Information, Technology and Management in Rzeszow (UITM) is a private university founded in 1996 in Poland. It is the largest private university in the Podkarpackie region and has a large student community of 6,000 with international students from over 70 countries.

Students at UITM learn core nursing subjects such as emergency medical services, geriatric and pediatric nursing, surgical nursing, internal medicine, and neurological nursing, giving them the breadth of knowledge needed for diverse healthcare environments.

The curriculum focuses heavily on practical training and includes more than 2,300 hours of hands‑on training. 1,100 hours are dedicated to developing skills in modern simulation labs, and 1,200 hours are allocated to professional clinical practise, including Nursing clinical placements in Rzeszow. UITM also offers opportunities for internships abroad and cooperation with healthcare partners overseas for nursing students.
